Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to collect outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely manner

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to perform frequent, repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements 7+ hours per day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of financial concepts
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Program Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate using both Alphacam Standard Stone and Alphacam Essential Router applications
• Use Slabsmith Perfect Match application
• Work with sales staff to ensure Slabsmith layouts match customer expectations
• Communicate with purchaser when material issues arise
• Work with sales staff to ensure Slabsmith layouts match customer expectations.
• Communicate with templators and sales staff when job details are not clear
• Work to proper safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Add and subtract accurately
• Measure and cut within 1/32 tolerance
• Work to proper safety standards
• Use hand tools, Grinders, Saws, Routers, Sanders
• Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
• Drill holes for fixtures as needed
• Load/unload slabs of stone and finished countertops with proper safety equipment
• Operate overhead crane, manzelli crane, forklift

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Great attention to detail required
• Prior experience in fabricating countertops or experience using similar tools, measuring, and cutting accurately preferred
• Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
• Self-directed worker capable of staying on tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skill

• Install Fabricated Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate
• Modify/fabricate in the field and repair chips, scratches or defects in material as needed
• Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
• Drill holes for fixtures as needed
• Use hand tools; Grinders, saws, routers and sanders.
• Verify integrity of new or existing cabinetry (plumb, square & level)
• Removal of existing countertops and backsplash as needed
• Handling customer concerns and problem solving in the field
• Special care to leave the project site in better condition than the way you found it
• Measure and cut to within 1/32 tolerance
• Work to proper safety standards

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Installation and fabrication experience preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing an overall fantastic service experience for current and prospective clients. You will essentially be the first face our Customers see!
• Answer multi-line phone systems in a pleasant and professional manner
• Assist sales staff in daily tasks
• Enter, scan, and attach all documentation from new and existing leads in the computer program
• Complete all quotes and re-quotes for the sales department and create a list for the sales staff to review
• Create agendas for sales staff that includes all their daily activities
• Effectively communicate with Customers as directed
• Manage any job issues that sales staff may receive
• Processes jobs with a signed contracts and release to operations for scheduling
• Verify that all completed tasks/activities have been entered in the computer program and move all uncompleted tasks/activities to the next working day
• Responsible for overall organization and upkeep of showroom including samples, literature, and supply inventory

Physical Requirements:
