Pay starting at $15.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working 2nd shift (12:30pm-8:30pm)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate Natural Stone, Solid surface, Quartz, Dekton and Laminate
- Add and subtract accurately
- Measure and cut within 1/32 tolerance
- Work to proper safety standards
- Use hand tools, Grinders, Saws, Routers, Sanders
- Attach and install top mount and undermount sinks
- Drill holes for fixtures as needed
- Load/unload slabs of stone and finished countertops with proper safety equipment
- Operate overhead crane, manzelli crane, forklift
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle heavy materials – lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing 100+ pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Great attention to detail required
- Prior experience in fabricating countertops or experience using similar tools, measuring, and cutting accurately preferred
- Must be a team player with the ability to focus on client fulfillment
- Self-directed worker capable of staying on tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skill
