Our Proven 6-Day Process

Every Paxton countertop project moves through the same proven process, so you know what happens next and when. Before your job enters our fabrication schedule, we confirm three things: your materials are available, your job site is ready, and all the details of your project are finalized. Once those boxes are checked, your countertops go from template to installation in six days.

Day 1: Digital Measure

Our team takes a precise digital measurement of your cabinets and walls, so your new tops are built to fit your space exactly.

Day 2: Drawing Complete

The measurements become a detailed drawing of every piece, including seams, edges, overhangs, and sink and cooktop cutouts.

Day 3: Machine Programming

The approved drawing is programmed into our fabrication machines, which guide every cut on your slab.

Day 4: Cut and Route Edges

Your slab is cut to shape and your chosen edge profile is routed and finished.

Day 5: Quality Control

Each piece is inspected against the drawing for fit, finish and edge detail before it is cleared to leave our shop.

Day 6: You Get Your Tops!

Our installation team delivers and installs your new countertops.

Harmony was also amazing in scheduling our installation and also answered every single question we had before and after the install. And M and M! Mo and Michael installed our tops and were probably two of the nicest people I’ve met. Super friendly.
